The Essay Writing Competition Activity was conducted on 17th September 2025, Wednesday at 01:30 PM to 02:30 PM at SBUP, Building A, 4th Floor Dr. Homi Bhabha LAB. 

The competition was inaugurated by the hands of Dr. G. Y. Shitole, Advisor, SBUP, Schools. Dr. Richa Purohit, I/C Principal, School of Computer Studies was also present.

The NEP SAARTHI Students Mr. Karan Lakshmi Chinmani (TYBCA), Ms. Sakshi Panjwani (TYBCA) and Mr. Chinmay Jain (TYBBA), and Prof. Shivdas Munde, Prof. Dhanaji Kutte, Prof. Gurunath and NEP Saarthi Coordinator, Dr. Savita Mohurle, NEP Students Saarthi, Faculty Members Prof. Ashwini Shinde, Prof. Varsha Bhagwate, Prof. Priyanka Toprani, Prof, Yashodha Sindhe, Prof. Debasmita Datta, were present at the time of inauguration.   

Total 28 students participated in essay writing competition. Essays were evaluated by invited judges based on content relevance, originality, organization, clarity of thoughts, and language proficiency.

The winners are Rehana Iqbal Imani (LLB2301026) secured 1st prize, Pranav Mehta (BCA230242) secured 2nd prize and Akshada Ankush Salunkhe (BCA2302192) secured 3rd prize.
